Fully automatic bagging machine

This machine uses the method of making bags first, and then putting the products into the bags to package the products. The bags are cut and sealed by heat sealing. This can largely avoid wrinkles in the bag, and the packaging effect will be more beautiful. Most of them are used in packaging electronic products, daily chemical products, accessories, toys, etc. At present, the sealing knife we designed can be used to cut bubble bags, PET film, PVC film, PE film, and POF film.

## Specifications

1. The heating system adopts stainless steel heating tubes, providing a long service life.

2. Equipped with an anti-stick high-temperature sealing knife. The integrated design ensures stronger and more attractive sealing. The knife surface is coated with Teflon non-stick film to prevent film adhesion.

3. The sealing knife temperature control adopts a Japanese **OMRON digital temperature controller** with an imported heat-sensitive sensor. The temperature can be adjusted from 0–300°C.

4. The driving system adopts Taiwan **SHAKO** or **AirTAC** cylinders to ensure firm and stable sealing.

5. The **Uda stepper motor** ensures high-speed and smooth conveying.

6. The detection system adopts **Mingye fiber optic sensors** for accurate and sensitive product detection and stop control.

7. The induction switch adopts a Japanese **OMRON photoelectric sensor** to accurately detect product delivery and stop operation.

8. Equipped with multiple air exhaust punches to quickly remove air inside the bag during shrinking.

9. Mechanical components are made of carbon steel with plastic coating. Key parts are made of stainless steel plates and aluminum profiles to ensure a strong and durable structure.

10. The surface treatment adopts anti-corrosion structural materials with plastic spraying or nickel plating processes.
