High speed automatic vertical bagging machine

This machine is mainly used to package semi-finished products, such as bottles, cans, and boxes. When these bottles, cans, and boxes are not filled with products, they need to be covered with a layer of film to protect the appearance of the product. Avoid damaging the appearance of bottles, cans, and boxes during shipping. This machine uses a moving knife. The moving knife is installed vertically and 90 degrees to the conveying surface. When it senses bottles, cans, and boxes, it cuts the bags while moving to increase the packaging speed.

12. The film feeding induction and detection system adopts American **Banner photoelectric sensors** for accurate and sensitive product detection and stopping control.

13. The material dividing detection system adopts German **SICK photoelectric sensors** for precise and sensitive product detection and stopping control.

14. Equipped with multiple air exhaust punches to quickly remove air inside the bag during shrinking.

15. The surface treatment uses anti-corrosion structural materials with plastic spraying or nickel plating processes.

16. Mechanical parts are made of carbon steel with plastic coating. Key components use stainless steel plates and aluminum profiles to ensure a strong and durable structure.
