1. The WWP-5545H + WWP-5030LW high-speed sealing and shrink wrapping machine can be integrated with automatic production lines. It uses photoelectric sensors for product detection and supports two feeding modes: automatic and manual. Using center-folded film rolls, the machine automatically completes three-side sealing.

2. According to different machine configurations and product requirements, the maximum packing speed can reach 45 pcs/min.

3. The constant-temperature sealing and cutting system is suitable for PE, PVC, POF, and other industrial standard shrink films. It provides strong and clean sealing, especially suitable for POF film. The conveyor height can be adjusted through the head wheel to accommodate products of different sizes, ensuring higher reliability and easier operation.

4. The front feeding system speed is adjustable. Combined with a worktable at the tunnel exit, the entire machine achieves a high level of automation and enables automatic operation without continuous operator involvement.

5. The WWP-5545H + WWP-5030LW high-speed hot air circulation shrink tunnel adopts a roller conveyor. The rollers are covered with silicone tubes and rotate automatically. The conveyor can also be replaced with a Teflon mesh belt or stainless steel mesh belt. When shrinking PE film, the rollers do not need to rotate and can be easily converted through the handle at the end of the tunnel.

6. The temperature inside the tunnel is evenly distributed, making it suitable for shrinking PE, PVC, and POF films.

7. The inner chamber creates hot air circulation inside the tunnel. The hot air volume can be adjusted through air doors according to the packaging requirements of different products.
